Always gets my order wrong. I get home and it's wrong again. The only place that repeats the order several times and still gets it wrong!!

The worst place ever... They give you old food. They don't cook nothing fresh. The workers are rude.

Still good after all these years U might want to have ur Managers surprise some customers with complimentary gifts ie. Food, drinks or deserts on a occasional basis treat the community like they are Family or Neighbors that would be a Rebirth of coming back to Faith,Hope n Charity. Do u know the greatest of all three hint Charity because it extends beyond the Grave. So mote it to be.

Horrible they always mess up on food orders always and I do mean always then they're rude like you did it.

12/13 615pm no masks including the Caucasian manager. Handed me bags then asked for them back to give to someone else... during Covid? No no.

My sons apple slices were2 days expired. Too bad I can't check if the chicken nuggets are expired. Nasty.

Long slow moving drive thru. Ordered 3 items. I asked for an extra honey mustard, said they could only give me one without charging extra but I get home and see there were 2 bbq sauce that I hadn't even asked for. Ridiculous!

Don't like going here anymore.. They give you your drinks and have you park for over 12 to 15 mins. Why even have two drive thrus?? Fries were super cold when order got to our vehicle.

My kids Love happy meals...lol

Food was hot and fresh!! Service was fast and efficient!! Customer service was very good!! Will diffidently be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was great! We got a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Of cupcakes with full size kitchen and I loved using the fireplace. Great stay!! We had a huge balcony and a view of one of their 3 pools. The lazy river was closed which was the whole reason we came do double check that before booking. Pool reservations required to swim keep that in mind as well. Book your time slots asap if it's busy!

Did drive thru today. The dude shorted me 5 bucks. I was trying to tell him but he wouldn't open the window. I pulled to the next window. They made me park in front for so long my food got cold and the ice cream melted. She came and told me he did give me the right change. Um, no he didn't. She said she counted the drawer, I said check his pocket. She said I can't and walked away. So what's up with customer service. They just assume the employee isn't lying and I am. I'll never go back. So I paid 17 and change for a dam fish sandwich, cold soggy fries, a coke and melted ice cream.

They sell sad meals not happy meals.

Reason for the one star is this is the second time iv had to go back for food not in my bag that I ordered. After IV been told while I'm looking threw the bags at the window that everything is in there .
